How we make Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK)
The process includes converting whole rice into powder form known as rice flour with the help of a grinder-like machine. Particular micro-nutrients are added into the rice flour and mixed with devices in definite proportions. Micro-nutrients are customized based on the requirements of clients
Lastly, then the powdered rice flour is again converted into rice by extrusion process and blended into the rice or provided directly to clients as per their requirements.
